Ingredients
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. chocolate chips
1 egg
1 Tbsp. salted peanuts
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. jarred caramel sauce
Pinch salt
Instructions:
In a small bowl, melt the butter in the in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir in the brown sugar, then beat in the egg with a fork.
Add the vanilla, salt and flour and mix well with the fork. Turn it into a buttered 1-cup ramekin or mug and microwave on high for 70 seconds.
Remove and top with the chocolate chips, letting them sit for a few seconds to melt. Smear them with the back of a spoon to swirl the melted chocolate, top with peanuts, drizzle with caramel, and eat warm.
