Ingredients:

200gr Brown Raw Mushrooms 
1 raw peeled parsnip 
200gr Baby Spinach
Two handful of walnuts (4tbs)


Dressing:
Balsamic Vinegar, Salt and pepper, Extra virgin olive oil.
