- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 1 Orange Pepper
- 1 Onion
- Sea Salt, Pepper, Paprika
- 1 Head of Lettuce
- Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Chop up the peppers and onion into 2 inch pieces, chop up the chicken and season to your liking.
- Heat up some Olive oil on a pan, add chicken and chopped veggies and cook until chicken is done and veggies are tender.
- Taste test and adjust seasoning.
- Serve on lettuce leaves and
enjoy!
