Paleo Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • Sea Salt, Pepper, Paprika
  • 1 Head of Lettuce
  • Olive Oil

Instructions:


  1. Chop up the peppers and onion into 2 inch pieces, chop up the chicken and season to your liking.
  2. Heat up some Olive oil on a pan, add chicken and chopped veggies and cook until chicken is done and veggies are tender.  
  3. Taste test and adjust seasoning.  
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves and enjoy! 
Note :  Serves 2, Easy and delicious for lunch or dinner.
