Potatoes With Chili Butter

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound new potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


  1. Put 1 pound new potatoes in a pot of cold salted water; bring to a boil and cook until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
     
  2. Drain the potatoes. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan with ½ teaspoon chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over the potatoes.
