- 1 pound new potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Put 1 pound new potatoes in a pot of cold salted water; bring to a boil and cook until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan with ½ teaspoon chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over the potatoes.
