- tortilla chips
- cooked chicken, diced
- shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with tin foil (this just makes clean up easier). Lay chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Top each chip with chicken and cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Top each chip with sour cream, guacamole and salsa, then a cilantro leaf for garnish.
- Serve on a platter, or shoot, just eat them right off of the baking sheet.
