Light and Healthy Blueberry Cereal Parfait

Ingredients:
  • 1 container (6 oz) Light Fat Free yogurt (any fruit flavor)
  • ⅓ cup whole grain cereal, (slightly crushed )
  • ½ cup blueberries, (or sliced strawberries and/or raspberries)
  • 3 mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. In tall narrow glass, place ⅓ of the yogurt. Top with ⅓ of the cereal and ⅓ of the fruit.
     
  2.  Repeat layers twice. Garnish with mint sprig
