- 5 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Cream
- Butter for frying
- 4 Tomato's, sliced
- 100 g Rocket salad
- 4 Baguette rolls, halved
Instructions:

Mix the eggs with the cream and season with salt and ground black pepper.

Heat the butter in a pan and make four omelettes from the egg-cream mixture.
- Arrange the salad ingredients on the baguettes, add the rolled up omelettes and serve.
