2/3 cup cold water

3 tablespoons melted butter, plus more for brushing on pan
2/3 cup cold milk
2/3 cup cold water
3 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons melted butter, plus more for brushing on pan
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk till it is like a cream.
Heat up a good quality frying pan to medium or medium high and put a little oil or butter in.
Ladle in the crepe batter and tilt the pan to swirl around. You can also ladle in a little bit more if you messed up the shape or it got torn. No fear!
Cook till one side is golden and then flip to cook the other side. Maybe a minute or less each side. They cook very quickly. Try to make the crepes thin for good result.
Sprinkle the crepe lightly with sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Enjoy!
