1 iceberg lettuce
3 tomatoes
200 gr cooked or baked chicken breast diced
1 bleu cheese
2 avocado
1 crispy prosciutto
1tbs sugar
1 tbs mayonaise
1/4 cup water
pinch of salt or/and pepper
Instructions:
Chop the iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and blue cheese, and put them in a bowl.
Add the Diced Chicken.
Put 1 tablespoon mayonaise,1 tbs mayonaise and the 1/4 cup water to the bowl.
Mix it up softly with two salad spoons.
Put the salad in a serving bowl
Add some salt and pepper and put some crispy prosciutto on top.
