- 8 ozs goat cheese (room temperature)
- 4 ozs unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 2 tsps sweet paprika
- 2 tsps dijon mustard
- 1 pinch salt (or to taste)
- 1 12 tsps caraway seeds (toasted & crushed)
- 1 tsp capers (rinsed, chopped)
- 2 tbsps shallots (chopped, or onion)
- 1 tbsp pickles (chopped)
- 3 crostini (dozen thin, or crackers)
- 1 bunch chives (chopped, to serve)
