Veggie Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup all-natural hummus
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 Tbsp. Greek plain yogurt
  • 2 romaine leaves
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Spread hummus onto one slice of bread, top with yogurt, romaine, salt and pepper. Slice in half and serve.
