- ¼ cup all-natural hummus
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1 Tbsp. Greek plain yogurt
- 2 romaine leaves
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Spread hummus onto one slice of bread, top with yogurt, romaine, salt and pepper. Slice in half and serve.
